Suggested Eating Plan

  • LiPO3 Spray – Spray 4 times into mouth twice a day. Swirl in mouth for 15 seconds and swallow.
  • Teas throughout the day
  • Eat only what’s in the package

 

Day 1

Morning – kind bar
Mid-morning – almonds
Afternoon – multigrain tortilla chips and hummus
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – spinach & kale chips
Late Evening – miso soup

 

Day 2

Morning – larabar
Mid-morning – almonds
Afternoon – kale chips & miso soup
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – pita chips and edamame dip
Late Evening – apple crisps

 

Day 3

Morning – kind bar
Mid-morning – pumpkin seeds
Afternoon – almond pops
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – split pea soup
Late Evening –coconut chips
